Family privacy should be clear and protected
StoryBloom is built for family reading, not advertising. We use account and reader information only to run the service, protect access, save progress, and support the reading experience families choose.
What we do not do
We do not sell family or reader information. We do not create public child profiles. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or share reader activity for ad targeting.
Reader activity
Reading and vocabulary activity stays tied to the family account so readers can continue stories, parents can support goals, and the app can recommend appropriate next steps.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only when needed to operate StoryBloom, such as secure hosting, email delivery, payment processing if used, support, or legal and safety requirements.
Parent control
Parent areas are protected separately from reader areas. Families can manage reader profiles and may request account deletion if they want their family account removed.
