The Story of the Amulet

Left in London while their parents are away, Cyril, Robert, Anthea, and Jane try to make a lonely summer feel brighter. A walk soon leads them back to the Psammead, the sand-fairy from their earlier adventures, and into a new puzzle involving a broken Amulet, an Egyptian priest, and a learned gentleman.
